1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility:

The item(s) must be purchased directly from Purr & Paws.
The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
The request for a return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.


2. Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Consumables such as shampoo, deodorising spray and paw & nose balm. Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition. Personalised or custom-made Products.
Gift cards.


3. Return Process:

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

or call +44 (0) 1494 702388 to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and the RA number marked outside the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.


4. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

For eligible items, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and either send you a replacement or issue a refund, as you prefer.

6. Exchanges:
