  • The item(s) must be purchased directly from Purr & Paws.
  • The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • The request for a return must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods such as pet food, treats, and other consumables.
  • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • For eligible items, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

6. Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
